Where do I see route distance and time remaining?

Distance remaining and time remaining (ETA) are part of the Turn by Turn Navigation functionality, not regular routes.

A regular route is just a route to follow on a map, it doesn’t provide any other functionality. Turn by Turn Navigation provides distance and time remaining.
