Do I need a data plan or internet to use Cadence?

No, most features work without internet just fine. All of your location (GPS) data and any sensors you have connected will all record like normal.

Even though your location will be recorded, the map tiles won’t be available unless you download Offline Maps (available in the Elite subscription) and use the “Mapbox” Map Type with the same styles you downloaded.

Features that will not work without internet include Turn by Turn Navigation and weather data.
