Cadence doesn’t recognize my subscription, what do I do?
If you have an active subscription but are seeing upgrade notices, tap the “Restore Purchases” button towards the bottom of the Cadence > Settings screen.
If Cadence continues not seeing your active subscription on Android, please try the following:
- Sign out of the Play Store
- Open the main Settings app > Apps & notifications > Google Play Store > Storage and cache > Clear Storage and cache
- Sign back in to Play Store
- Tap “Restore Purchases” again
