Cadence doesn’t recognize my subscription, what do I do?

If you have an active subscription but are seeing upgrade notices, tap the “Restore Purchases” button towards the bottom of the Cadence > Settings screen.

If Cadence continues not seeing your active subscription on Android, please try the following:

  1. Sign out of the Play Store
  2. Open the main Settings app > Apps & notifications > Google Play Store > Storage and cache > Clear Storage and cache
  3. Sign back in to Play Store
  4. Tap “Restore Purchases” again
