This app is everything I was looking for, and then some. There’s no need to buy a $600 bike computer when you already have a smartphone that’s more than capable of doing the job—and it’s something you should be carrying anyway in case of an emergency. Pair your phone with a Quad Lock out-front mount and Cadence, and you’ll have everything you need right in front of you while you ride. If you want additional features like radar integration, you can upgrade to the paid version. The annual subscription is more than reasonably priced and provides an excellent alternative to carrying—and paying for—another expensive device.
