I’ve been trying out several bike/run/hike trip logging/planning/sharing apps which is hard to do without signing up for a subscription and then remembering to cancel before it invokes auto-payment and renewal.

I also started checking into bike rear radars and discovered this Cadence app worked with one of the least expensive but well-reviewed Coospo TR70 Bluetooth radar units.

So I got both working easily on my bike using my iPhone (15 ProMax) and couldn’t be more pleased! The app seems to do everything the well-known apps (Ride with GPS, Komoot, AllTrails, BikeMap, etc.) do that I use (which is not everything).

Coospo also makes a Bluetooth cadence sensor that attaches to one of your bike’s pedal crank arms that adds more useful info that Cadence does a great job of collecting, displaying while underway, recording and presenting in a variety of well done ways graphically for future reference.

All in all I’m very pleased with Cadence and the Coospo radar and cadence sensors.
