How do I start following a Training Plan?
ATTENTION: This support documentation is for Cadence version 2.6 which has not yet been released and is currently in beta testing.
To make a training plan “Active”, simply open a Training Plan in Cadence > Settings > Training & Workouts > Training Plans, and then set a Start Date.
Once a Training Plan is “Active”, you can select the next Workout on the Computer screen by tapping the Workout button.
You can follow one Training Plan at a time. To switch Training Plans, simply set a Start Date on another plan, or tap the “X” next to the currently active Training Plan’s “Start Date”.
