Breaking: Why isn’t the Cadence app installing on Apple Watch Series 2 and Series 3 with iOS 17?

There appears to be an issue for Apple Watch Series 2 and Series 3 users who are trying to install Cadence after updating their iPhone to iOS 17.

If installing from the App Store directly on the watch, there’s an error of “Unable to Complete Request. Try again later.”, and if installing from the Apple Watch app on iPhone, the Install button will spin for a short period and then go back to showing “Install”.

The Cadence app should definitely be working on Apple Watch Series 2 and Series 3 devices, and no known changes have been made recently to prevent it from working.

I’ve contact Apple Developer Support directly to try and figure out why this is happening.
